Officers were running a breath and drug bus operation on Wanneroo Road and Jacaranda Drive about 10.50pm on January 26 and requested the driver to enter the waiting line.
“The vehicle failed to enter the line, mounted a kerb and left the area at speed,” spokeswoman Sarah Dyer said.
“Police followed the vehicle north along Wanneroo Road and after a short distance the driver attempted to make a U-turn, however failed to complete the turn and hit a limestone wall.
“The driver ran from the vehicle and after a short foot chase was arrested by police.”
Police charged the woman with breach of bail, failing to stop, no authority to drive, reckless driving and possessing stolen or unlawfully obtained property.
