Child abuse prevention on agenda at ECU

It will review practices, increase agency collaboration and hopes to effect better outcomes for children.

Speakers include Australian Centre for Child Protection director Fiona Arney and Victims of Crime Commissioner Jennifer Hoffman.

“We wanted to bring together practitioners and policy makers to openly discuss current issues in order to minimise harm to vulnerable young people and children, ” ECU senior lecturer Vicki Banham said.
