A new Child and Parent Centre opened at Roseworth Primary School

The $1.17 million building at Roseworth Primary School is one of 16 to be built around the state.

Education Minister Peter Collier said the centre was the seventh officially opened and offered child health checks, playgroups and parenting classes.

‘Parents, families, schools and the community play a central role in young children’s lives, so it’s crucial they work closely together,’ Mr Collier said.
