Children chuffed as chicks hatch at Wanneroo library

A CLUTCH of cute and fluffy chicks has hatched at Wanneroo Library.

Children have been watching their progress since arriving at the library last Monday as eggs.

The chicks can be observed until April 13 and children are encouraged to enter a competition to name them, with the winner drawn on April 18.

Following the project, run by Living Eggs, the feathered brood will be re-homed to a local farm to live.
