THREE development applications previously refused by the City of Wanneroo return to council on Tuesday night.

The agenda shows three items marked as “State Administrative Tribunal reconsideration” to be decided confidentially.

The first relates to an application for intensive agriculture made by ABN Group for the Belgrade Road mushroom farm in Wanneroo, formerly operated by Crown Mushrooms.

Council rejected this at the March 1 meeting.

It also did not support retrospective planning approval sought by Lion Mushrooms for its Mariginiup farm on Rousset Road at the February 2 meeting.

The third item is in regards to a change of use application made by Lovers Adult Store to allow it to move into a Clarkson premises, which was opposed by council on April 26.
