City of Wanneroo to give local entrepreneurs a leg up

ENTREPRENEURS hoping to turn their ideas into reality can get help from the City of Wanneroo.

The City is offering two fully funded scholarships for local residents and businesses to participate in the annual Curtin Growth Ignition program.

The intensive weeklong course is aimed at founders of an early stage business or those with an idea for a new product or service that could become a high growth business.

An information session is being held from 3pm tomorrow at Atlantis Business Centre in Clarkson, featuring City and Curtin University representatives and last year’s scholarship recipients.

To register, call 9266 4555.

Scholarship applications close July 7 visit www.ignition.curtin.edu.au.
