City of Wanneroo invites submissions on Wanneroo apartments, Wangara sales office

PUBLIC consultation on plans for a two-storey apartment building in Wanneroo will close on January 28.

The City of Wanneroo has invited submissions on the plans for the five-unit development at 10 Taywood Drive.

The plans include four two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments and one three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, as well as 10 resident parking bays and one visitor bay.

The proposal and submissions are expected to be considered by the council at a later date.

The City has also invited submissions on plans for a temporary industrial land sales office at 1 Carbonate Way, Wangara, until January 29.
