City of Wanneroo libraries offering sessions to improve health and wellbeing

A WELLNESS series of events is being offered by City of Wanneroo libraries to improve health and wellbeing.

The Clarkson and Wanneroo libraries will be hosting free seminars on Thursday nights from 6pm until March.

Clarkson will offer an introduction to art therapy on February 22, a screening of Microbirth on March 1, a session on ways a physiotherapist can improve health on March 8 and an information night on March 22 about staying mentally healthy.

Wanneroo library will offer an introduction to breathing techniques and Tai Chi on March 1, a session about beating procrastination and getting your mind set for success on March 15, and positive living techniques on March 29.

Light refreshments will be available and bookings are essential.
