City of Wanneroo residents can drop off hazardous waste at Tamala Park Recycling Centre

CITY of Wanneroo residents encouraged to drop off household hazardous waste items at Tamala Park Recycling Centre next weekend.

Items can be disposed of at the facility anytime but the City and Mindarie Regional Council are hosting the event to understand the quantities and types of waste people have to plan for the future disposal of hazardous chemicals.

Products accepted include household and pool chemicals, batteries, flares, paint, pesticides, small gas cylinders and smoke detectors.
