Coming into the fold

Lucy JarvisWanneroo Times

HUNDREDS of children have helped created a flock of paper birds and knot of frogs in Wanneroo.

School and holiday groups visited Wanneroo Regional Museum between June 3 and July 17 to make creatures out of paper with Aboriginal designs.

About 200 students from Mullaloo Heights, Springfield, West Greenwood, Poynter and Padbury Catholic primary schools, as well as home school children, participated in the community project. More children took part through the City of Wanneroo's school holiday program.
