THE Kallaroo Community Threes (KC3s) held its annual family fun day on Sunday, attracting about 200 people.

President Jenine Wilson said the strong support on the weekend was proof of the community spirit behind the not-for-profit kindergarten for three-year-olds in Kallaroo and surrounding suburbs.

“The children were able to bounce on the bouncy castle, make their own crown, play the fishing game, have a lucky dip, sausage sizzle and cupcake, have a family portrait in the photo booth, plus more,” she said.

“This event was organised by the committee and staff, with an overwhelming support by the community with sponsors who donated goods and services on the day.

“Funds raised will go towards obtaining an outdoor storage area and new outdoor equipment.”
