The 52-year-old Joondalup man allegedly facilitated the employment of his estranged wife as a sessional tutor at the university between 2008 and 2012 to tutor students and mark exam papers ” work she did not do.

Instead, he allegedly did the work for her, knowing the university would never agree to the arrangement. It is alleged the payments were made into a joint bank account held by the couple, which was used to pay the mortgage on a jointly owned property.
