Customers flock to Butcher at Drovers to grab closing down bargains

CUSTOMERS flocked to a popular Wanneroo butchery as it confirmed it was closing its doors today.

Many shelves have been emptied at Butchers at Drovers, which announced 30 per cent off all stock via its Facebook page this morning.

The store confirmed Friday would be its final day of trading but would not provide further comment.

Drovers Market Place landowner Ray Jackson said the closure was due to “non-payment of lease” and hoped to appoint a caretaker as early as tomorrow to keep the store operating.
