The school opened in 1990 and is one of four primary schools in the suburb.
With about 300 students and a strong sense of community within the school, principal Don Boyes said he hoped the fete would be well supported.
"We have had a really great response from past students and their families and also from our current Dalmain family," he said.

Funds raised from the fete will go towards creating a nature playground for the Dalmain students.
"The nature playground is a real focus for us," Mr Boyes said. "We would really like to offer our children a broad scope of play and adding a nature playground to our already existing infrastructure will certainly benefit all our students now and in the future."
The Dalmain Fete will run from 10am to 2pm at school, located at 64 Dalmain Street.
