Security was heightened at schools last week after Neerabup Primary School students reported a man driving past young girls and encouraging them to get in his vehicle.
A Wanneroo Secondary College student reported the same man for similar actions on Thursday.
Those involved took photos of his car registration plates, enabling police to identify him as a 59-year-old resident.
Detectives attended the driver’s address and questioned him.
The man was not charged. Senior Sergeant Chris Ruck said police would be keeping an eye on him. ‘It was stressed to him that it has to stop,’ he said.
