The searches resulted in four boys (17) handed cannabis intervention orders and two men (22) charged.
It was the second of a number of planned patrols as part of a Joondalup police operation targeting alcohol and drug abuse in the area.
Officers patrolled for four-and-a-half hours between 5.30pm and 10pm.
Joondalup police boss Craig Wanstall warned there was more to come for people who chose to loiter in the area.
‘We’ve been having some trouble in that spot regarding the taking of drugs and consumption of alcohol,’ he said.
‘There will be an ongoing operation.’
The two men were charged with cannabis possession and possession of a smoking implement.
