POLICE are investigating a fatal crash which left a 21-year-old man dead in Girrawheen yesterday afternoon.
A Holden Commodore was travelling west along Marangaroo Drive when it lost control, left the road and struck a tree at about 2.40pm.
The car then rolled over near a house, around the intersection of Marangaroo Drive and Girrawheen Ave.

READ NOWA WA Police spokesperson said the 21-year-old driver, who was the only occupant in the car, died at the scene.
Major Crash are investigating and would like to speak to anyone that saw the crash or the car driving prior to the crash.

Marangaroo Drive westbound at Girrawheen Ave was closed off for more than five hours.
Meanwhile, an ambulance rolled onto its roof at the intersection of Council Ave and Ennis Ave in Rockingham.
Police said there was a collision between a car and the ambulance at 4.07pm.
