Family fun time at park opening

The family event, hosted by the City of Joondalup, will run from noon to 1.30pm and include a free sausage sizzle and light refreshments, face painting, bouncy castle and DJ.

The park features a large playground area incorporating nature and traditional play equipment, amphitheatre, two sheltered picnic settings and barbecues, adult fitness equipment, bicycle racks, automated toilet facility and CCTV.

‘The opening of Delamere Park marks the culmination of several years of planning and hard work which have gone into delivering an outstanding new facility,’ Joondalup Mayor Troy Pickard said.
