Feedback sought on Ashby billboards

PLANS to install two electronic billboards at the nearby Ashby Village Shopping Centre are also out for public consultation.

The City of Wanneroo has invited feedback until September 5 on the proposal to install 19.5sq m and 15.4sq m signs on the centre’s feature tower overlooking Pinjar Road near Hollosy Way.

Planning Solutions applied for development approval on behalf of owner Endeavour Properties for signs that would advertise goods and services related to the future tenants, with the advertisements to change at regular intervals.

“The proposed signs will provide improved exposure and visibility for tenants,” planning consultant Nathan Maas said.
