DUNCRAIG artist Pam Fisher's adaptation of an image of an old, mysterious bottle will feature in Exposition.

On display at the Mundaring Arts Centre, the show runs until December 21.

Works by 12 artists from Australia, Germany, the United States of America and the United Kingdom have come together to showcase the talent of fibre and textile artists from around the world.

Curator and fibre artist, Glenys Mann, from Fibre Arts Australia, envisioned the show. From the image, artists created individual responses in fascinating mediums.

The bottle was tagged with a weathered label and contained the remnants of a forgotten substance.

Mann said the results were very diverse.

‘The artists were encouraged to use the image as a catalyst for new work’
