Lucy JarvisWanneroo Times

A TWO Rocks developer will start screening a series of outdoor movies this Friday, November 4.

The Reef at Two Rocks sales manager Dane Rawlings said his team had organised the ‘Summer Movie Fest’ to bring the community together, with more than 250 people living in the estate.

“With the warmer weather now upon us, an outdoor movie festival in our beautiful park is the perfect way to unwind and meet the neighbours,” he said.

The free festival will feature four family movies through November and December, starting with Oddball from 7pm on November 4.

They will screen The Good Dinosaur on November 18, Zootopia on December 2, and Arthur Christmas on December 16, when a visitor dressed in red is also expected to make an appearance.

There will be refreshments for sale, including ice-cream, coffee and a sausage sizzle, with proceeds going to the Yanchep Two Rocks Community Recreation Association and Yanchep Two Rocks Little Athletics Club.

Moviegoers can bring picnics, low chairs and picnic blankets, with all the alcohol-free events starting from 6pm in Montebello Park, on the corner of Montebello Boulevard and Archipelego Way, Two Rocks.
