Family of RAAF WWII serviceman joined crowd observing Rememberance Day at Joondalup War Memorial

Ruth Wedderburn, who served interstate in the RAAF during WWII along with her husband Fred, was accompanied by daughter Lorrie Mucciarone and granddaughter Lynne Mucciarone.

‘Dad was in maintenance, he was very, very young and in charge of 100 guys,’ Lorrie said.

‘They got the planes in and out, in and out, and helped the Americans.
