Gift-wrap service a help to needy HeartKidsWA too

For a gold-coin donation during shopping hours, shoppers can have their gifts wrapped at the stall in Wanneroo Central shopping centre or Carillion City in the Perth CBD.

HeartKids WA chief executive Cecilia Donovan encouraged shoppers to support families and children who face an uncertain Christmas because of heart disease.

“Christmas, perhaps more than at any other time, can be a really difficult period for many of our families, because often it isn’t filled with the normal joy and cheer of the festive season,” she said.

“The money raised at our Christmas wrapping stalls will allow HeartKids WA to provide vital resources and advocacy to HeartKids families, while also funding research to help find a cure.”
