Girrawheen man charged with attempted murder over altercation in May

A MAN has been charged with attempted murder after an incident at a home in Girrawheen on Monday May 30.

It will be alleged a 55-year-old man and a 60-year-old man became involved in an altercation which resulted in them both being injured.

The men, who knew each other, were taken to hospital for treatment.

The 55-year-old, from Girrawheen, was charged with attempted murder and aggravated unlawful wounding.

He is due to appear in Stirling Garden’s Magistrates Court today.
