Issues already in discussion include improving the Heathridge streetscape, and protecting its parks and bushland areas.
Association chairwoman Karyn West said the suburb was changing.
‘It is attracting more young families and this is an ideal time to form an association under which residents can find common ground in developing the area they want to live in,’ she said.
Ms West said the association, which meets monthly, was looking for more members.
