Help from high places for RSPCA

The devoted animal lovers will take the 14,000-foot plunge this Sunday and have appealed for others to join them.

‘We are both looking forward to an exciting freefall which will be scary but a lot easier than the difficult situations we face on a daily basis,’ RSPCA chief inspector Ms Swift said.

‘Our work is often challenging and upsetting, but we are regularly rewarded by seeing rescued animals successfully rehabilitated and eventually placed in new, loving homes.’

The jump, which coincides with World Animal Day, will be held over the Perth CBD, with the landing in Langley Park on Riverside Drive.
