‘We are in the final stage of our degree and are travelling to Manila in October to do a clinical placement,’ Kylie Prior said.

‘The purpose is to enable us to experience a different culture and expand our knowledge and understanding of cultural awareness within the health care arena.

‘Within these communities we will provide basic health care and health promotion activities.’

Ms Prior said money was need to buy basic medical supplies. Donations of clothes, toys and books are welcome.
