Yanchep District High and Two Rocks Primary schools were among the recipients of grants from Capricorn Village Joint Venture, as well as Yanchep Netball, Yanchep Redhawks Senior Cricket and Yanchep United Football and Junior Football clubs.

CVJV community and built form co-ordinator Phillipa Gibson said the grants program provided financial assistance to clubs and groups.

‘It provides an opportunity to build on the energy of the local community and to contribute towards the sustainability of the local community groups,’ she said.
