THE latest performance review for City of Wanneroo chief executive Daniel Simms found “a high level of satisfaction” with his work.
The council adopted a report into his performance during a confidential session at the August 22 council meeting, noting Mr Simms had met key performance indicators.
It also agreed to his request that there be no increase to his salary package.
Mr Simms said he appreciated the confidence council had expressed in his review and acknowledged the work “the executive and all employees of the City of Wanneroo provide every day to the community”.
His current contract started last year and is due to expire in 2021.
He became chief executive in 2008, having worked at the City from May 2001 to October 2007, then spent 11 months at the City of Gosnells before returning to Wanneroo.
