The maritime historian’s works about transatlantic and ocean liners are the latest additions to the St Mark’s Anglican Community School ‘old scholar collection’.
Chris said his passion for ocean liners was sparked by school librarian Teresa Gastevich (now Head of Student Services) after she recommended a book on the sinking of the Titanic when he was eight years old.
His Year 1 teacher Shirley McKibbin, now Head of Library, received Chris’ gift to the school in Hillarys.
