Kallaroo woman named Australia’s best trainer

NORTH Metropolitan TAFE lecturer Jane Goodfellow has been named Australia’s best trainer this year.

Mrs Goodfellow added the national title to her achievements at the Australian Training Awards in Canberra on November 23 after winning the WA title in September.

She was recognised for her passion for training, which inspired her to overcome sudden hearing loss eight years ago.

The Kallaroo resident has been a lecturer for 21 years, and is a trained primary, early childhood, and special needs teacher.
