THE cause of a fire that destroyed a kindergarten classroom at Landsdale Primary School this afternoon is being investigated.
A Department of Fire and Emergency Services spokeswoman said the blaze that began in the off-site demountable about 1.40pm was put out by 3pm.
She said seven crews of about 28 firefighters attended the scene.
"All children were safe and evacuated immediately," she said.

"We're currently looking in to the cause; there are no details available as yet."
An Education Department spokeswoman said the 41 kindergarten students would return to the primary school tomorrow.
