Labor leader hears local concerns

Held at the Wanneroo Function Centre, the April 4 ‘town hall’ meeting was part of the MP’s tour with Cowan candidate Anne Aly.

Organisers said the main issues discussed included the NBN, infrastructure in the northern suburbs such as road and public transport, and school funding.

There was also discussion about mental health funding, arts endowment and the Safe Schools program.
