PLANNING changes to allow a medical centre in Landsdale and child care centre in Sinagra are out for public comment this month.

The City of Wanneroo has invited submissions until August 28 on an application to change land uses to allow a medical centre and pharmacy on Lot 119 Kingsway in Landsdale.

Dynamic Planning and Developments prepared the structure plan amendment for owner Stoneridge Nominees, which relates to a concept plan for a retirement village on the block and adjacent property.

It said the proposal would include a 930sq m medical centre with a 210sq m pharmacy on the corner of Rangeview Road and Kingsway to serve the medical needs of the future retirement living complex.

The City also invited submissions until August 20 on an application it received to change land uses at 54 Santa Rosalia Vista to allow a child care centre use.

Plans by De Hoff Pty Ltd indicate the centre, on the corner of Capri Leone Way, would be a single-storey building with 25 parking bays, four playrooms and an outdoor play area.
