The family-friendly show will see improvisation rookies and veterans battle it out for the WA Theatresports Championship Cup by acting out scenes and scenarios on the spot, inspired by audience suggestions.
Barnard is sharing the MC duties with Just Improvise co-director Esther Longhurst.
‘We’ll kind of be like those energetic party hosts that are always running around asking ‘are you having a good time’,’ Barnard said.
‘When it comes to Esther and myself, I think our smiles can be quite infectious so I’m hoping to see a room full of smiling faces by the end of the night.’
