Madeley takeaway plan out for consultation

PLANS to change the use of a Madeley shop to allow a pizza, kebab and Turkish bakery takeaway are out for public comment.

The City of Wanneroo has invited feedback until August 6 on changing the use of a unit at a shopping complex on the corner of Langford Boulevard and Russell Road.

The proposed operating hours for the take-away food outlet would be 10am to 9pm, seven days a week.

Earlier this month, Wanneroo Council refused an application for another takeaway offering South American cuisine at the same shopping complex.
