Making outdoor fun easy

Lucy JarvisWanneroo Times

Expanding their selection for borrowers, City of Wanneroo libraries recently added outdoor games kits to their catalogues.

The boxes of sports equipment are part of the the City’s ‘know your neighbour’ campaign and have arrived in time for Neighbour Day, a Relationships Australia initiative that falls on March 27.

According to a City newsletter, the kits, which can be borrowed in the same way as any books, include a frisbee, a soccer ball, a football, horseshoe quoits and a bocce set.
