The accused man appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
He was refused bail and remanded in custody.
He is due to appear in Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court later this month.
Police said yesterday they had interviewed a man and woman about the incident.

However, police said they believe they were not involved in the alleged shooting.
