Man in serious condition after Ocean Reef motorbike crash

POLICE have appealed for information about a motorcycle crash in Ocean Reef this morning.

WA Police Sergeant Andrew Maher said an Ashby man (18) was taken to Royal Perth Hospital in a serious condition following the crash about 12.25am.

Sgt Maher said the man had been riding an orange Honda motorcycle on Ocean Reef Road in Ocean Reef.

“Whilst negotiating the roundabout of Meridian Drive, the rider lost control and crashed,” he said.

“The rider’s helmet was dislodged. St John Ambulance attended and conveyed the man to RPH in a serious condition.
