Officers raided an Edgington Crescent property on August 21, where they detained a 62-year-old man.
The man was charged with drug possession with intent to sell or supply, possession of unlawfully obtain property (cash) and possession of a prohibited weapon.
He will face Joondalup Magistrates Court on September 9.
