MARANGAROO couple Tom (90) and Barbara (89) McGrath recently celebrated their 70th anniversary with 100 family and friends on August 25, three days ahead of their actual anniversary.
The couple, who married on August 28, 1948, followed up their celebrations with a four-day holiday-honeymoon on Rottnest Island with daughters Lynne Coleman and Marie Hall.
They migrated from England in 1962 and became Australian citizens in 1975.
