Market shoots goals for school

Staff ReporterWanneroo Times

As a team leader for a direct sales business, Currambine mother Cassandra Garoffolo was planning a market day to display her products and give other local businesses the same opportunity.

Cassandra gained plenty of interest from stallholders, with more than 80 applications.

And after learning her sons’ school was struggling to raise funds to resurface its basketball courts, she decided the event could help.

Stallholders have donated more than $4000 worth of prizes for a raffle to be held at The Big Market Day, with all funds raised donated to the school.

The Big Market Day will be held 10am-5pm on October 5 at the Arena’s Premiers Suite.
