Police said the pair, aged 31 and 32, activated an EPIRB after their boat took on water about 7.15pm.
The men had been in the ocean an hour when Whitfords Sea Rescue volunteers recovered them about 2km off shore. An ambulance was sent to assist them but they did not require hospitalisation.
