Merindas on song for Naidoc Week

Community members will join the City of Wanneroo-hosted event at the library and cultural centre next week for cultural activities.

Motown-style singing trio The Merindas will perform in the exhibition hall.

There will be a flag-raising, free food stalls and other activities run by community groups and services.

The event will also include the launch of the Wanneroo Library’s Deadly Discovery Backpacks.

This is provided by the State Library as part of the Better Beginnings program.

The two-hour event will start at 10.30am in the Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre.
