The Poseidon Primary School student was chosen to cut the ribbon to Santa’s chair and officially welcome him to Westfield Whitford City Shopping Centre.
Michael, who has spina bifida, was chosen because he recently received a modified bicycle, allowing him to cycle independently, from Therapy Focus and the Help a Child Grow Fund, which Westfield Whitford City donations contribute to.
