Alsha secured her place in the top 24 during the second round of preliminary heats.
Alsha said modelling had opened doors for her, giving her an opportunity to work in Singapore.
‘Modelling is fantastic in so many ways; it teaches you etiquette skills, confidence skills and I have made so many amazing friends over the years,’ she said.

As well as completing her last year of a journalism degree at Curtin University, Alsha fills her time with yoga and boxing classes.
‘I’m a very outdoors person, I love snorkelling and riding my quad bike at my family farm.’
Alsha was judged in three categories, wearing Kooey Swimwear, West Clothing casual wear and Tarvydas evening wear.
