DISABILITY services in the northern suburbs were recently increased after The Centre for Cerebral Palsy opened its facility in Currambine on October 29.

Chief executive Judy Hogben said the opening of the facility represented years of planning and commitment from the organisation’s therapy services team.

‘The opening of this state-of-the-art therapy hub marks the beginning of The Centre’s new regional service delivery model, taking our services into the local communities of the people we support,’ she said.

The Hobsons Gate facility will have 30 staff, including therapists, social workers, community inclusion workers, a hub co-ordinator and manager.
