Woodvale mother Donna Field and other families at Princess Margaret Hospital folded the cranes to raise awareness of childhood cancer this September.
Kingsley MLA Andrea Mitchell joined Ms Field and son Jackson, who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia last year, as the last cranes were prepared for display at the Fremantle Maritime Museum.
The Cranes 4 Childhood Cancer Project is based on the Japanese legend that promises anyone who folds 1000 origami cranes will be granted a wish.
