LANDCORP is inviting prospective lot buyers at Neerabup’s Meridian Park industrial estate to an open day on November 2.

LandCorp chief executive Frank Marra said the estate, located in the Neerabup Industrial Area, was set to be one of the largest industrial estates in Perth’s north.

“It is expected that the Neerabup Industrial Area will create more than 20,000 jobs in the rapidly growing northern corridor,” he said.

“We’re encouraging prospective buyers to come along to the open day to view the estate, chat to existing tenants about their experience, and discuss their unique needs with our sales agents.

“The estate has already attracted significant interest due to its location within an area of rapid residential and industrial growth, as well as its proximity to major transport networks, including the recently opened Mitchell Freeway extension, which is only five minutes away.

“The recent realignment of Flynn Drive and construction of Neerabup Road also improves road access to the estate, which is now only 30 minutes from the Perth CBD.

“At the open day buyers can also explore the opportunity to land themselves a deal if purchasing before November 30, including significant discounts on two ‘Hot Lots’.”

Lots are serviced, ranging from 2586sq m to 10,455sq m with flexibility to create larger lots.

Prices start from $182 per sq m.

Major businesses including Bunnings Trade, Klen International and Trackspares have already moved into the estate.

Mr Marra said Meridian Park was another strategically located industrial estate being delivered by LandCorp to stimulate economic growth and job opportunities for Perth’s growing population.

“We’re encouraging buyers to get in early to secure their place in a key estate that is providing industrial land and employment opportunities to Perth’s growing north-west population, which is expected to surpass 350,000 people by 2036,” he said.

“Meridian Park is supporting new and existing businesses, and is contributing to the creation of more than 20,000 employment opportunities.

“In addition to this, we are working in collaboration with the City of Wanneroo to develop a business incubator in the estate that will support local small businesses.”
