“It will be great to meet people face-to-face.”

Spokeswoman Lauren McGee said the association had worked with the City of Wanneroo to deliver the two-day event.

“Attendees should expect a wide-range of business exhibitors, workshops, forums, speed networking and more,” she said

“We hope this event will become an annual occurrence, to provide opportunities for local businesses to network, collaborate and do business.”

Running on June 15 and 16 from 9.30am to 3.30pm at Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre, the expo will open with a breakfast from 7.30am on Wednesday and end with a sundowner from 5.30pm on Thursday, which will raise money for Youth Futures WA.

The Women in Leadership forum will also be held on Thursday, featuring speakers including 2015 Western Australian of the Year community award winner Dr Ros Worthington and Urban Development Institute of Australia WA chief executive Allison Hailes.
